  • Your choice of direction: send us inspiration images, list preferred colors/materials, or let our designer go free-rein

Payment: After we confirm your preferences and photos, we’ll email an invoice with a secure checkout link; work starts once payment is received.

  • Finalized exterior design based on your chosen concept
  • Exact specs (brands, color/finish codes, SKUs & shopping links)
  • Annotated markup showing where each spec is applied

What’s Included:

  • Shortlist of 3 vetted local exterior contractors (license and insurance checked, recent references reviewed)
  • Bid management: we send your specs and scopes, coordinate site walks, and manage RFI/Q&A
  • Standardized request and bid form so each contractor prices the same scope
  • Thorough bid review & leveling: align scopes, normalize allowances, and identify exclusions, lead-time risks, and hidden costs
  • Value-engineering ideas to reduce cost without killing the design intent
  • Side-by-side comparison matrix and clear recommendation you can act on
  • Weekly status updates during the bid period
  • Bid review & recommendation call to discuss findings and next steps
  • Final handoff: leveled matrix (editable and PDF), clean spec set, RFI log, contractor contacts

Trust note: We do not take referral fees, commissions, or markups from contractors. We work for the homeowner, period. Your goals drive every recommendation.

Payment: 50% deposit to start and 50% at comparison-matrix delivery.

Yes. The free First Look is a one-time preview with no revisions, but if you’d like to give input or explore other styles, you can upgrade to our Personalized Design package, which includes your direction and one included revision.

Our designs are photoreal concepts created from your photos to help you visualize potential materials and color combinations. They’re meant for inspiration and planning, not for permits or construction use.

Most First Look designs are delivered within 2–3 business days after you submit your photos. We move quickly so you can start visualizing your home’s potential without waiting weeks.

Yes. Our Preconstruction Packages guide you through planning, pricing, and finding the right contractor with expert support every step of the way. If you prefer to handle the process on your own, your design is yours to use freely however you’d like.

No — not for most of the changes we show. RenoVue focuses on exterior architectural style updates like siding, paint, windows, and trim. These typically don’t require permits because they’re cosmetic, not structural.

If you live in a neighborhood with an HOA, just make sure to check their guidelines before starting any renovations — and your contractor can help confirm anything related to compliance.
